Dr. Shilpa Taneja Mittal is a Consultant Facial Plastic and Ophthalmic Surgeon at Sehgal Neo Hospital. Dr Shilpa Taneja Mittal is proficient in dealing with all types of eye related problems and performing cataract surgeries including Phacoemulsification Robotic cataract surgery with monofocal, multifocal land aspheric intra-ocular lenses (10L’s) along with doing other surgeries too. Dr. Shilpa deals with Cosmetic Facial Plastic Surgery, Facial Reconstructive Surgery post fractures and cancers, Oculo-Plastic Surgery & Non-Surgical Facial Rejuvenation (Botox, Fillers, Threads), Rhinoplasty, Face lifts, Mid-Face Lifts, Rhytidectomy (Wrinkle removal), Blepharoplasty Surgery (Eyelid lifts), Neck lifts, Lip Augmentation and shaping, Jaw Contouring, Facial Fracture Repairs, Ocular Anterior segment trauma and reconstruction (surgery post eye injury), Eyelid surgeries, Socket surgeries, False eye fitting, Orbital surgeries, Dacryocystorhino-stomies (surgeries for watering eye) and Ocular Oncology (eye cancer therapy).
Dr Shilpa Taneja Mittal did he post graduate training in Ophthalmology from the prestigious Sir Ganga Ram Hospital New Delhi. She further pursued fellowship in field of Orbit, Oculoplasty & Ocular Oncology from the renowned Arvind Eye Hospital, Madurai, Tamil Nadu for 1 & ½ years, where post fellowship she worked as a consultant too. After that she got trained in Aesthetic facial surgeries and procedure in Germany and Mumbai. Dr Shilpa Taneja Mittal is ex-consultant, Oculoplastic Surgery department at Rushabh Hospital, Mumbai and Aravind Eye Hospital, Madurai She has also worked at ESI Hospital 3 & ½ Years where teaching post graduate students gave her an extra experience. At present she is also visiting faculty to the Dept. of Oculoplastics at various hospital across India
